The Landing is a digital space for visual curation, and we’re working against an aggressive roadmap to bring it all to life. Welcome back to our changelog (published bi-weekly) for you to track our updates, both big and small.
This cycle, we’ve been working against some UX and scalability priorities, with a specific focus on profiles and sharing. As we welcome more and more users into The Landing community, our focus is ALWAYS on how magical we can make the experience as soon as you join the platform.
See the details of our last couple weeks of work below!
- Ability to crop your uploaded profile pictures. We are continually improving profiles on The Landing, and are excited to make it even easier for our community to represent themselves well on their TL profiles.
- Scaled backend services to handle the increased user traffic. With the latest release of profiles and more people joining the TL Community, we took time to scale key backend services to ensure the experience of using The Landing is smooth and fun.
- Updated share board flow. We love it when you share your boards and wanted to make the process even easier and more transparent. When you click the “Share” button in the top right of your board editor, you can see the shareable link for the board and also easily click a checkbox that designates if you want your board to be included in the feed.
- Internal admin and infrastructure cleanup. As always, we take time to build internal tools to make us be able to serve the TL Community better and quicker. If you have any feedback on how we could be serving you better, please let us know!
